At Kingdom DTF, we stand behind the quality of our custom transfers and apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on eligible items. Please note that custom-printed designs are only eligible for return in the event of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that DTF transfers are kept flat and moisture-free during transit.

Ship the Items

Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our warehouse.

Receive Refund or Replacement

Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
