What is Direct to Film (DTF) printing?
DTF printing involves printing your design onto a special film, applying a powder adhesive, and heat-pressing it onto a garment. This method offers vibrant colors, high durability, and works on almost any fabric type.
What file formats do you accept for custom orders?
We recommend high-resolution PNG files with a transparent background (300 DPI). We also accept PDF, AI, and SVG files to ensure the highest quality print results for your fashion brand.
How long does shipping take?
Standard processing time for custom transfers is 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
How should I wash my DTF-printed garments?
To ensure the longevity of the print, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, and tumble dry on low heat or air dry.
Can I return custom-printed transfers?
Because custom transfers are manufactured to your specific designs, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
Yes, Kingdom DTF provides tiered pricing for bulk orders and wholesale accounts. The more you print, the more you save on your per-unit costs.
